The Business Manager (Northern Region) will drive strategic business development, manage key client relationships, and expand the company’s footprint across Northern Nigeria.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong commercial acumen, operational execution, and stakeholder engagementskills to consistently unlock new revenue streams and enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesacross Northern Nigeria through research, networking, and direct engagement.
Develop and implement territory-specific business growth strategies, aligned with corporate goals.
Manage existing client accounts, ensuring service satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiationswith prospective clients.
Represent the company at industry forums, client meetings, and regional stakeholder events.
Provide timely reports and market intelligence to support leadership in decision-making.
Collaborate with internal departments (recruitment, operations, finance) to ensure service excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in business development or client relationship management, preferably in the HR consulting or outsourcing industry.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage key accounts.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communicationskills.
Good understanding of business operations in the Northern regionand willingness to travel within the territory.
Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Remuneration
Salary: N167,000 / month + Pension + Leave Allowance + 13th Month Bonus.
