We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Channel Development Officer to join our team in the fast-paced automobile industry.
This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and execution skills, who can manage channel expansion projects, dealer onboarding, and territory development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing channel development strategies that enhance market reach, improve dealer performance, and support overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage engineering projects involving site layout, expansions, renovations, and process improvement.
Develop and execute strategies for expanding distribution channels and increasing market penetration.
Develop and review factory layouts, production flows, and architectural plans
Ensure projects meet technical specifications, regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality to align projects with business goals.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field
3 – 6 years of experience in project execution within the FMCG, automobile or manufacturing sector.
Experience managing infrastructure or expansion projects (e.g. setting up distribution centres, retail outlets, etc.)
Familiar with design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp e.t.c)
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Understanding of architectural workflows, project lifecycles, or construction industry dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect with both creative and technical professionals.
