Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations across departments and ensure strategic execution
Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and performance optimization
Set departmental KPIs and enforce accountability across business units
Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and reporting systems
Identify operational risks and implement improvement initiatives
Requirements
10–15 years’ experience in operations or general management
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (COO, GM, Operations Director, etc.)
Strong leadership, execution, and financial performance management skills
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams
Strategic thinker with strong decision-making ability.
