Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and oversee the security operations of our business units. 
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security strategies to safeguard our customers, employees, and assets. 
The CSO will work closely with management to enforce security policies, investigate incidents, and ensure a safe and secure environment across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
Security Leadership & Strategy:

Develop and implement security strategies, protocols, and procedures across all business units.
Assess security risks and create preventive measures to mitigate potential threats.
Ensure compliance with local security regulations and best practices.

Personnel & Team Management:

Supervise, train, and manage security personnel, including bouncers, intelligence officers, and surveillance teams.
Conduct periodic drills and training sessions to improve team efficiency and emergency response.
Monitor staff performance and take corrective actions when necessary.

Incident Management & Investigations:

Oversee and investigate security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Maintain detailed records of security incidents and report findings to senior management.
Liaise with law enforcement agencies in case of security breaches or criminal activities.

Technology & Surveillance:

Oversee the installation and maintenance of CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems.
Utilize surveillance data to monitor activities, identify security threats, and optimize security measures.

Guest & Employee Safety:

Ensure the safety of guests, staff, and VIPs within the establishments.
Develop and implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures.
Prevent and handle situations related to crowd control, violence, or theft.

Asset Protection & Loss Prevention:

Secure company assets, including cash, inventory, and equipment, from theft or vandalism.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to implement loss prevention measures.

Key Requirements

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or nightlife industry.
Strong knowledge of security protocols, crisis management, and emergency response procedures.
Experience in managing security teams, bouncers, and surveillance operations.
Familiarity with security technologies, including CCTV, biometrics, and access control systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
Background in law enforcement, military, or private security is an added advantage.
