Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Client Relationship Associate (Real Estate / Sales)to join our team.
The ideal candidate will manage leads, engage warm prospects, provide property information that matches their requests, promote available listings, and support the sales process.
The role also includes attending inspections and selling properties when required.
Key Responsibilities
Manage, track, and follow up on all assigned leads and briefs.
Engage warm leads, answer client inquiries, and give accurate information.
Advertise and promote available properties across approved platforms.
Sell properties directly when needed.
Maintain timely and professional communication with clients.
Schedule and attend property inspections as required.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Prepare brief reports on client interactions, inspections, and sales progress.
Stay informed about available properties and internal updates.
Requirements
Education: HND or BSc Degree in any administration or social discipline
Previous sales experience (real estate experience is an added advantage).
Basic knowledge of simple tech tools (WhatsApp, Google, etc.).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage clients professionally and follow up promptly.
Must reside on Lagos Island or within close proximity.
Must be available to attend physical inspections when needed.
Ability to work remotely and meet targets.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service orientation.
