Drives fundraising activities, builds strategic partnerships, and secures funding opportunities for the Foundation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic grants plan.
Build and maintain donor relationships to achieve a 70% success rate in funding proposals.
Manage donor database, optimize donor engagement, and deliver exceptional experiences.
Organize campaigns and lead grant proposal development.
Qualifications & Skills
Degree in Management or Communications preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising or grants management.
Experience in Graphics design is a plus
Proven track record of leadership and marketing skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
