Our client is seeking a professional, warm, and highly service-oriented Concierge to join theirhospitality team.
The Concierge will serve as a key point of contact for guests, providing personalized assistance, local recommendations, reservations, transportation arrangements, and general support to ensure an exceptional and memorable guest experience.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of hospitality standards, and the ability to anticipate and respond to guests’ needs promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude.
Provide guests with accurate information about their service
Assist guests with special requests, celebrations, bookings, and personalized experiences.
Provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences, budgets, and interests.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and escalate issues where necessary.
Assist guests withdirections, deliveries, and other practical needs when required.
Maintain accurate records of guest requests, bookings, and arrangements.
Follow up on guest requests to ensure they have been satisfactorily resolved.
Build positive relationships with guests and provide personalized service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Maintain confidentiality regarding guest information and preferences.
Ensure all concierge activities comply with the hotel’s policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office or Guest Services Manager.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a concierge, guest relations, front office, customer service, or similar hospitality role.
A Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and excellent personal grooming.
Good knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment, and transportation services.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional when handling demanding guests or challenging situations.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Additional language skills are an advantage.

Working Conditions:
