We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Officer to manage customer relationships, maintain accurate customer records, follow up on leads and enquiries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update customer information on the CRM system.
Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
Track customer interactions, leads, and service requests.
Liaise with Sales, Service, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues.
Prepare basic CRM and customer activity reports.
Support customer retention and relationship management initiatives.
Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in CRM, Customer Service, Customer Experience, or a similar role.
Experience in Automobile, Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or related industries is an advantage.
Good knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
