Key Responsibilities

Maintain customer records and process transactions.

Coordinate pickups and deliveries.

Manage social media and online customer interactions.
Create promotional materials using Canva.
Maintain reports and customer databases using Excel.
Requirements & Qualifications
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in laundry or hospitality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and Canva.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
