Key Responsibilities
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using healthcare/HMO software.
Liaise with clinical staff, billing teams, and insurance providers to resolve patient issues.
Required Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
Experience using healthcare management systems or HMO software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
