We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Officer to support accurate data management, documentation, and reporting across business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Input, update, and maintain accurate records and databases
Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies
Organize and manage physical and digital documents
Generate reports and maintain proper filing systems
Ensure confidentiality and security of company information
Support administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
1–2 years experience in data entry or administrative support
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
Good typing speed and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
