We are seeking a female graduate,who is proficient in computer system especially in Microsoft excel software to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports and ensuring data accuracy. Management, supervision of movement of goods and stock within the warehouse.
This role requires someone who is highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Collect, organize and maintain data in an accurate and timely manner.
Input, update and manage data in databases and spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate records of machinery spare parts in the warehouse.
Document and track spare parts other items recieved via truck delivery in the warehouse.
Monitor and oversee the offloading process to ensure efficiency and smoothness.
Update Inventory management systems
Monitor the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring all items are properly documented.
Generate reports and statistical summaries as required by the team and management.
Operate computer systems and software proficiently, including Microsoft Excel and other data management tools.
Requirements
Must have completed school with a Bachelor’s degree or HND.
Proficiency in using computer systems, especially Microsoft Excel, WPS and other data entry software.
Excellent Knowledge of tables, statistics and data reporting.
Strong organizational skills.
Preferred candidate should be within the age range of 20-25 years
Should be available to work Monday to Saturday and on shifts as needed.
