Deputy General Manager, Sales at DMOT Enterprises

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet business goals and market needs.
Lead market analysis and segmentation to identify growth opportunities and target customers.
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Manage and mentor the sales team, setting performance objectives and conducting regular performance reviews.
Motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets through coaching, support, and development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and enhancing customer experience.
Track and analyze sales metrics to provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
Ensure timely reporting of sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.
Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition, new market penetration, and product diversification.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
Work closely with marketing to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to drive sales.
Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
Ensure sales activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Manage the sales department’s budget, optimizing resources to achieve sales targets.

Other Requirements:

BSC in Marketing or related fields
MBA or professional certifications in sales or marketing(CIM) would be an added advantage.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Sales of Food, Beverages and Snacks(FMCG Sector ONLY).
