As our Digital Marketer, you’ll be responsible for planning, developing, and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Creative, to ensure alignment and effectiveness across all marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who is not only analytical and results-oriented but also deeply creative with a strong grasp of content strategy, SEO/SEM, email marketing, analytics tools, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, web, PPC, SEO).
Analyze data and user feedback to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
Create engaging content tailored to various digital platforms.
Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn).
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Track and report on KPIs and digital trends using analytics tools.
Manage website updates, SEO best practices.
Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to keep us ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

A minimum of a First-Class Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or any relevant field.
Must be a graduate of a highly reputable institution in Nigeria or abroad.
A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, CIM, Meta Blueprint) will be considered a strong advantage.
Proven track record of driving measurable results through digital campaigns.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
Strong experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email automation, and social media marketing.
Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
