Key Responsibilities
Perform dimensional inspections on fabricated items (piping, structures, modules)
Verify alignment, fit-up, and geometry against drawings and specifications
Interpret engineering drawings, isometrics, and GA layouts
Use precision measuring instruments (tape, level, theodolite, laser tools)
Identify and report dimensional deviations and non-conformances
Maintain accurate inspection records and reports
Liaise with fabrication and QA/QC teams for corrective actions
Preferred Qualifications
HND/BSc in Engineering or Technical discipline
3-7 years experience in dimensional control (oil & gas preferred)
Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings and tolerances
Certifications:
Dimensional Control / Metrology Certification (preferred)
HSE Certification
