Pick up and deliver packages, documents, and parcels to customers and business locations promptly.
Ensure safe handling and secure transportation of items to prevent damage or loss.
Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely delivery.
Verify delivery details, obtain signatures, and maintain accurate delivery records.
Collect payments (where applicable) and remit them appropriately.
Conduct regular checks and basic maintenance of the motorcycle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Adhere strictly to traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain cleanliness and proper documentation of the assigned motorcycle (e.g., license, insurance).
Communicate effectively with customers and the office regarding delivery status or delays.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Ensure confidentiality of all items handled, especially sensitive documents.
