Safely transport staff, executives, clients, and visitors to designated locations as assigned.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off schedules.
Drive company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner while complying with all traffic laws and regulations.
Conduct routine checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or maintenance needs promptly.
Keep assigned vehicles clean, neat, and properly maintained.
Monitor vehicle documents such as license, insurance, and roadworthiness certificates to ensure they remain valid.
Assist with the delivery and collection of official documents, parcels, and other items when required.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, fuel consumption, and servicing schedules.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when transporting executives or handling official assignments.
Support administrative/logistics tasks as may be assigned by management.
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
2–5 years proven driving experience in a corporate organization or similar role.
Good knowledge of road networks and traffic regulations.
Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be physically fit and able to work flexible hours when required.
