We are seeking a professional and experienced Driver to provide safe, timely, and efficient transportation services within Lagos, particularly across Victoria Island, Ikeja, and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport staff, clients, and company materials to designated locations.
Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of personnel and deliveries.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
Maintain the cleanliness and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
Monitor fuel levels and report maintenance requirements promptly.
Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing.
Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and avoid delays.
Ensure all vehicle documents are valid and readily available.
Report accidents, traffic violations, or vehicle issues immediately.
Perform other transportation-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification.
Valid Nigerian Driver’s License.
Minimum of 3 years proven driving experience.
Good knowledge of Lagos road networks, especially Victoria Island, Ikeja, and surrounding areas.
Ability to use Google Maps and other navigation tools effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
Clean driving record and sound knowledge of traffic regulations.
Qualified candidates residing in or around Victoria Island, Lekki, Ikeja, Maryland, Ogba, Ketu, Yaba, Surulere, and other accessible locations within Lagos are encouraged to apply.
