Monitor and analyze global and local tax news, government policies, and legislative updates.
Produce technical briefs and data-driven reports that inform the commissioning of stories.
Verify the technical accuracy of all tax-related claims across Tax TV platforms.
Identifying emerging trends and regulatory shifts.
Utilize research findings to create actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct field visits and go out to gather live news from stakeholders, agencies, and the public.
Write thought-provoking and engaging content for Tax TV social media pages.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Taxation, Law, or Communications.
2–4 years of experience in research, journalism, or data analysis.
Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify technical jargon.
Strong data interpretation skills and familiarity with the Nigerian tax environment.
