Ensure that all necessary Equipment needed for events are prepped and ready on time
Monitor all unfinished goods and ensure that they are stored appropriately
Monitor all adhoc Staff and ensure all equipments are handled with care
Coordinate logistics of equipment from the bakery to the event site and back
Inspect all equipments after every rental to monitor for mismanagement and ensure accurate number of items are returned
Ensure that rentals are done in compliance with the organizations policies
Maintain and ensure accuracy of inventory
Report all damaged equipments
Ensure all equipments are clean and properly kept in the store
Ensure that events run smoothly on site and that clients are happy with our services.
Perform other related duties assigned by the operations manager and creative director
