This role requires strong sourcing ability, excellent judgement, and structured recruitment execution. The successful candidate will balance volume hiring for junior and operational roles with high-touch executive search for leadership and specialist positions, ensuring speed, quality, and cultural alignment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
4–8+ years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, covering both junior/volume hiring and senior/executive recruitment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
Experience recruiting across financial services, fintech, technology, or fast-growth environments is an advantage.
Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
