The F&G Operator (Mono Carton) is responsible for operating flatbed die-cutting (F&G) machines to produce high-quality mono carton packaging in line with production targets and quality standards.
The role ensures efficient machine operation, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Operate F&G (flatbed die-cutting) machines for mono carton production.
Set up machines, including die installation, alignment, and adjustments for optimal performance.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy in cutting, creasing, and overall finishing.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor faults.
Minimize material wastage and optimize machine efficiency.
Maintain accurate production records and reports.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with other production team members to meet daily targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Die Cutting Operator, specifically in mono carton production.
Prior experience working with reputable packaging companies such as:
Shonghai Packaging
Studio Press
Crown Pak
Breeze
Strong knowledge of die-cutting processes, materials, and machine operations.
Ability to read and interpret job specifications and technical drawings.
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
