Gamma Mobility is seeking a Field Operations Lead to manage and oversee field activities, ensuring efficient execution of daily tasks, operational compliance, and safety standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of field personnel, optimizing processes, and coordinating recovery, verification, and emergency response teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of field personnel, ensuring tasks are completed effectively and in compliance with set processes.
Identify and implement training and development opportunities for field staff.
Take ownership of daily field activities, ensuring seamless execution and resolution of operational challenges.
Develop, implement, and optimize processes to enhance productivity and minimize downtime.
Oversee vehicle recovery, verification, and emergency response teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
Conduct regular field assessments to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Investigate any accidents or incidents, preparing reports and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure all field operations comply with company policies and local regulations.
Develop, implement, and optimize field processes to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.
Provide timely updates to the Portfolio Manager regarding field challenges and successes.
Work closely with teams to solve complex operational challenges.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience (3+ years) in field operations, preferably in the gig economy or mobility sector.
Experience in leading and managing field teams, drivers, or contractors.
Strong understanding of logistics, fleet management, and performance optimization.
Proven track record in problem-solving and troubleshooting in real-time operational scenarios.
Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) or operations management is a plus.
