Actively prospect, engage, and onboard customers within assigned areas
Achieve monthly financial targets and sales quotas
Educate customers on products, pricing, and benefits with clarity and accuracy
Follow up on leads and referrals through field visits and calls
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Submit daily/weekly reports on market activities and performance (e.g., call memos, sales tracker)
Provide market insights and feedback to enhance product offerings and sales processes
Ensure all customer documentation and onboarding follow company compliance standards
Represent the brand with integrity and a customer-first approach.

Job Requirements

HND/ B.Sc. in Finance, Business, Marketing or related field. 
Minimum of 2 years experience in a field sales role, preferably in consumer finance, lending, or microfinance
Must have completed NYSC
Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Great in-depth knowledge for Market penetration
High-energy, creative thinking and a demonstrated history of driving results
High level of attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
