As the Field Sales Officer, you will drive the sales of mobile phones through the company’s Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) model while achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities
Identify and engage prospective customers interested in purchasing mobile phones through the BNPL model.
Conduct field sales activities, product presentations, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
Achieve a monthly sales target and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth documentation, processing, and delivery of mobile phones to customers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in mobile phones, consumer electronics, retail, financial services, or related industries.
Proven ability to meet high-volume sales targets with strong prospecting, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills with the ability to engage customers in the field.
Must be target-driven, proactive, and comfortable with extensive field sales activities.
