The Structural Fitter assembles, installs, and repairs structural components and equipment in construction, manufacturing, or industrial settings, ensuring precision and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Assembly and Installation:
Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.
Assemble and install structural components (e.g., beams, columns, pipes).
Ensure accurate alignment and secure connections.
Fabrication:
Cut, Mark, weld, and shape materials.
Fabricate components according to specifications.
Requirements
NABTEB / OND / HND in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
OPITO BOSIET
3 – 5 years cognate experience in mechanical fitting, preferably in the oil and gas industry
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
