We are seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Cost Accountant to manage and analyze costs associated with fleet operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cost tracking, reporting, and optimization to support business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze fleet-related expenses (fuel, maintenance, repairs, etc.)
Prepare cost reports and provide insights for cost control
Track vehicle utilization and operational efficiency
Reconcile fleet accounts and ensure accurate financial records
Support budgeting and forecasting for fleet operations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in cost accounting (fleet/logistics experience is an advantage)
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
