Drive revenue growth across territories, channels & product lines
Lead field sales teams, KPIs, pipelines & key accounts
Expand distributor, wholesaler, retail & B2B partnerships
Develop route-to-market & territory expansion strategies
Lead retail activations, lounge takeovers & brand visibility
Track performance, forecasts, activation ROI & market intelligence
Recruit, coach & develop high-performing commercial teams
What you need
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field
5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales, commercial growth or market expansion
Tobacco accessories, beverages, alcohol or cigarettes experience is an added advantage.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel & CRM systems.
Willingness to travel.
