Responsibilties
Welcome and attend to patients, visitors, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Register new patients and update existing patient records.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
Provide accurate information regarding the clinic’s services, procedures, and operating hours.
Direct patients and visitors to the appropriate department or healthcare professional.
Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND qualification with 1 – 2 years experience.
