We pride ourselves on clinical excellence, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships with our patients.​​​​​​We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who will be the face and voice of the clinic — welcoming patients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the front office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Handle inbound phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently
Register new patients and update existing records accurately
Process payments and issue receipts
Provide information on services, pricing, and treatment plans
Ensure the reception area is tidy, calm, and organized
Coordinate with dental assistants and doctors to manage patient flow
Handle walk-ins, inquiries, and minor complaints with courtesy and care
Requirements
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field
At least 1–2 years experience in a front desk or customer service role (healthcare experience is a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy — comfortable using scheduling software, Microsoft suite, WhatsApp Business, etc.
Organized, proactive, and able to multitask under pressure
Polite, professional, and patient-friendly demeanor
Flexible and available to work weekends if required
Must reside around Chevron/Ajah Axis for easy commute to work
