A Premium Edutainment & Safe Haven for Children (Ages 2–13) located in Lagos is seeking a seasoned Expatriate General Manager to lead their flagship Lagos branch. The successful candidate must be experienced in hospitality or family entertainment and ready to build something extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full operational setup and launch
Lead recruitment and training of all department heads
Implement child safeguarding policies and operational standards
Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence
Manage budgets and performance metrics
Ensure seamless coordination across lodges, spa, cinema, restaurants, and event center
Requirements:
Expatriate
8+ years senior leadership experience
Background in hospitality, leisure, childcare, or family entertainment
Strong operational systems knowledge
Proven ability to manage large teams
High emotional intelligence and crisis management capability
