Develop and implement Operational strategies and goals.

Have a firm grip of the company’s processes and affairs.
Demand results and reports from all operational heads.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
Expand product lines and markets.
Oversee daily operations, including production, Installation, logistics, and business functions.
Ensure efficient use of resources, optimal productivity, and high-quality output.
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Ensure financial sustainability, profitability, and growth.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster open communication, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Oversee design, development, production and quality of all Matrix design and works’ products.
Ensure products meet market trends, customer needs, and quality standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree, B.Sc with 5+ years work experience.
