This role requires strong leadership in managing SME products, expanding market opportunities, and ensuring the overall success of the division.
Responsibilities
Oversee the management of all SME products, business development, and new product creation.
Provide leadership and coordinate strategic initiatives to optimize market opportunities.
Develop and implement business objectives and financial goals to drive SME growth.
Identify and capitalize on SME market opportunities, specialized products, and expansion strategies.
Ensure budgeted growth within approved business risk parameters.
Monitor financial and key performance indicators, addressing gaps proactively.
Job Requirements
BSc / HND; Master’s degree is an added advantage.
10-15 years of experience in a similar role within the banking sector.
