Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with oil and gas standards.
Conduct routine inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure operational safety and environmental compliance.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and follow-up on corrective actions.
Provide regular HSE training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and contractors.
Monitor waste management, pollution control, and emergency preparedness plans.
Liaise with regulatory bodies (DPR, NUPRC, NESREA, etc.) to ensure timely compliance with statutory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of safety performance, incident reports, and HSE statistics.
Experience
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 5 – 7 years experience.
