We are looking for a dedicated, hands-on, and enthusiastic Entry-Level Hardware Engineer to join our team.
This position is ideal for a young, motivated individual in their early 20s who has a passion for computer hardware, enjoys solving technical problems, and is eager to grow in a professional environment.
You will play an important role in supporting our daily operations, assisting customers, and ensuring high-quality system builds and hardware services.
A one-month paid training program will be provided to help you gain confidence, practical skills, and a solid understanding of our workflow and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Build and assemble custom computer systems according to specifications.
Diagnose and fix basic hardware issues for walk-in customers.
Attend to customers professionally, answer inquiries, and guide them through purchase decisions.
Recommend suitable products, components, and upgrades based on customer needs.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
Support daily inventory checks and assist with preparing orders.
Requirements
Must reside in Abuja.
Male candidate in early 20s is preferred.
Basic understanding of PC components and system building.
Good communication and customer service skills (Hausa language is an added advantage, but not compulsory).
Willingness to learn quickly and follow technical instructions.
Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with customers.
