Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth, profitability, and AUM expansion.
Oversee structured finance and alternative, ethical financing solutions.
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Ensure operational excellence, process efficiency, and strong governance.
Manage key stakeholders and lead results-driven teams.
Requirements and Qualification
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 12–15+ years in asset management, investment banking, or private credit.
Proven track record in managing business units and deal execution.
Deep understanding of multi-asset strategies and alternative investments.
Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
MBA or equivalent preferred
Experience with Shariah-compliant finance is a plus.
