Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies and policies.
Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion.
Monitor performance, set KPIs, and drive operational excellence.
�Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members for peak performance.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s, Master’s Degree or HND with 4–6 years of proven experience in operations management.
Strong project management skills (PMP certification is a plus).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Automobile Logistics experience is a plus
