Experience in child care, supervision, and guidance
Strong organizational and managerial skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle disciplinary issues and conflicts effectively
Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices
Empathetic and nurturing attitude towards students
Relevant qualifications and certifications in education or childcare
Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
