We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Hotel Manager to lead our operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the hotel, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and excellent service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services).
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and control costs.
Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Implement strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
Prepare reports for senior management / owners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role in an hotel.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Good knowledge of hotel operations and customer service standards.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., PMS systems) and Microsoft Office.
Strong financial and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Proximity to work location is preferred.
