The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR processes, supervising administrative activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing policies that support organizational growth and employee productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all HR and administrative functions of the organization.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and staff welfare.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards.
Supervise administrative teams and ensure efficient office operations.
Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Manage office facilities, logistics, and operational support systems.
Prepare HR and administrative reports for management review.
Support executive management in strategic planning and organizational development.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR and administrative management.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, make decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment.
