As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all human resources functions, ensuring a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with business goals. Your role will be pivotal in fostering an engaged, high-performing workforce while maintaining HR best practices.

Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process.
Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.

Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Experience with HR software and payroll management systems.
