Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
Any previous experience in recruiting/hiring, and employee relations would be an added advantage
Partner and provide day-to-day support and consultation in performance management, retention, and total rewards
Drive sourcing, recruiting, selection and onboarding; verify that new associates are properly on-boarded and trained to perform their work
Support managers in implementing HR processes, and procedures, and improving programs to promote retention
Assist the corporate HR department in conducting associate investigations and identifying resolutions
Other Requirements:
1 year of progressive experience in human resources
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
