The HR Executive supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by managing recruitment, employee records, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Administer leave, attendance, and payroll-related processes.
Support employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support.
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Experience:
2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
