We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an HR Generalist with a good customer services/customer facing background in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Industry (FMCG).

Manpower Planning and Recruitment
Reward and recognition
Administration of the Performance Management process
Management of the Learning and Development process
Employee Relations Management
Employee Records Management and Exit Management.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes Required
BSc/HND or its equivalent
A professional certification in Human Resources (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM etc) is an advantage
Good customer services / customer facing background in the FMCG Industry
3 years’ work experience as an HR generalist
Ability to use a Human Resources Information System is an advantage
Good understanding of the retail business
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Very organised and a good planner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Trustworthy, discrete and credible
Good coach and good stakeholder management skills
Proactive, collaborative and persuasive
Good with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Periodic commute to and work from other branches as required.
Salary and Benefits
N300,000 (gross) / month + Annual Leave Allowance + HMO (self and dependant).
