Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results.
Provide expertise to management on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning, succession etc.
Ensure accurate and timely supporting staff payroll processing.
Create and implement effective onboarding and orientationplans for new employees
Develop training and development programs
Oversee employee relations and handle grievances amongst staffs
Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
Support health and safety initiatives.
Educational Qualifications and Experience
HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience in a manufacturing company
3 years of HR experience.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages
Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
Must reside in Epe or closer to Epe, Lagos State.
