We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Manager with proven experience in nightclub or high-volume hospitality environments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control, stock management, and cost efficiency across bar, kitchen, and operational supplies, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and minimal wastage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for beverages, food items, and operational supplies
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid shortages or overstocking
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconciliations
Track usage patterns and identify discrepancies, shrinkage, or pilferage
Work closely with bar, kitchen, and procurement teams to ensure efficient stock flow
Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices
Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on stock levels, variances, and cost control
Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with health and safety standards
Supervise inventory staff and coordinate stock audits
Collaborate with management to optimize inventory costs and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
3–5 years proven experience as an Inventory Manager in a nightclub, bar, or high-volume hospitality setting (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and POS tools
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
High level of integrity and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, late-night environment
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Good communication and team management abilities
Must have Nightclub Experience
