We’re looking for an experienced IT Officer to join our team and drive the development and maintenance of cutting-edge IT systems that support our strategic goals.
Requirements & Competencies
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, PMP) are an added advantage.
Technical Skills:
Full Stack Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React, Python, and other modern frameworks.
Database Management: Hands-on experience with SQL, MySql, and NoSQL databases.
UI/UX Design: Experience in designing intuitive interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Graphics Design: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for visual and branding tasks.
Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Microsoft Server environment (Active Directory, Domain Controllers, Exchange).
Networking: Understanding of network connectivity and security. Experience with Mikrotik routers is a strong plus.
IT Hardware Support: Ability to diagnose, install, and maintain hardware and peripheral systems.
System Administration: Competence in document management systems, file servers, and backup/recovery tools.
Soft Skills & Attributes:
Proven team leadership and supervision skills.
Ability to manage multiple IT projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and documentation.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Project management certification or experience is an added advantage.
