Duties & Responsibilities
ERP IT Support:
Process and validate assets and hardware.
Complete auditing of physical hardware / inventory management
Processing Audit Controls for various systems: Badge access, Active Directory & Floor Seating Software
Field and log all basic trouble tickets and service requests through ticketing portal.
Assist with support and repair of desktop and laptop computers, printers, telephones, and mobile devices.
Assist with configuring and distributing new desktop and laptop computers.
Process hardware earmarked for destruction.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree in a relevant field with 1 – 3 years experience.
