Identify staffing needs and recruit, screen, interview, and recommend suitable janitors for employment.
Coordinate hiring, documentation, onboarding, training, and deployment of janitors to assigned client locations.
Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance, punctuality, absenteeism, and performance.
Arrange prompt replacements for absent or departing staff to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Supervise janitors and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning and hygiene standards.
Monitor cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment, ensuring timely requisition and availability at assigned sites.
Maintain effective communication with clients, respond to complaints, and ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
Ensure janitors comply with company policies, client requirements, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment, staff deployment, attendance, inspections, and performance.
Prepare and submit regular operational reports on staffing, site conditions, supplies, and outstanding issues.
Report staff misconduct, operational challenges, and service delivery concerns to management.
Perform other duties related to janitorial operations as assigned by management.
