Ensure smooth operation on site.
Mapping out cleaners’ work schedule and implementation of work plan.
Management and dissemination of information to cleaners.
Training of new hires and managing their performances.
Investigation of customer’s complaint.
Inspection of janitorial activities onsite.
Reassignment of tasks.
Management ofcleaningequipment
Daily computation and submission of site report.
Requirements
Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-3 years experience
Excellent time management and leadership skills
